West Virginia University graduate Mike DeProspero will speak about recent U.S. monetary policy decisions and their implications for the global stock market Friday, March 12 at 9 a.m. in room 401 of the College of Business and Economics. The talk is free and open to the public.

DeProspero, who has spent the past 20 years in the investment field, earned a business administration degree in finance from WVU in 1980. He has managed pension, profit sharing and endowment accounts as a senior portfolio manager with $6 billion in assets. He is planning to start an Internet investment newsletter this month.
