Anita Davis has been named assistant director of the Center for Executive Education at West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics.

She previously served as director of the career services center for Mountain State University in Beckley where she was an integral part of the re-accreditation of MSU’s academic programs.

Davis has bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia State College, a master’s in industrial relations from WVU and is pursuing her Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology at Capella University. She is a veteran of the United States Navy.

“Anita joins us at an exciting time at the Center for Executive Education when we are expanding our educational offerings and business services, including developing a new program for the tourism and hospitality industry.” said Martina Bison-Huckaby, director of the center. “Having direct client contact, Davis will work closely with regional organizations in designing and delivering customized programs and consulting services and will be responsible for open enrollment course offerings including the WVU SHRM Learning System, Forensic Management Academy and many other valuable programs.”
