Richard Leonard, PhD, associate professor of business administration at Flagler College in Tallahassee, Fla. and adjunct professor of sport management at the United States Sports Academy, expertise focuses on strategic management, human resource management, event planning, fundraising and marketing.

Leonard’s experience in summer camps, both recreational and athletic, is extensive. At the Jewish Community Center of Pinellas County in St. Petersburg, Fla., he served as summer camp divisional counselor (1986), community center activities director (1986-1987) and community center program coordinator (1988-1991).
