A New Year's 'Gee Mail:' 10 resolutions for 2016

President E. Gordon Gee's latest "Gee Mail" - the first of 2016 - welcomes the Mountaineer family back to campus and into a fresh new year.

West Virginia University President E. Gordon Gee’s latest “Gee Mail”—the first of 2016 – welcomes the Mountaineer family back to campus and into a fresh new year.

In this edition, Gee counts down his top 10 New Year’s resolutions. And in expected Gee Mail fashion, some of those resolutions are serious while others fall a bit on the lighter side (such as dressing more like Bob Huggins).

Yet his real message for the New Year is clear. He hopes the WVU community continues to work together to build a bright future for the University.

“The New Year marks a time for us to recharge and refocus as we move forward toward One West Virginia University,” Gee said. “It is also a time where each of us can apply that same philosophy to our personal goals.”
