The Trombone Studio in the WVU School of Music will present a concert Thursday, April 2 at the Creative Arts Center.

Conducted by faculty member Brian Plitnik, the concert will begin at 6 p.m. in Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (200A) and is free and open to the public.

According to Plitnik, the concert will feature trombone quartets, a trombone choir, and Osteology, the trombone jazz ensemble.

The concert will also feature the West Virginia premiere of “Dreamcatcher,” a piece for 12-part trombone choir, written by Anthony Barfield.
