The West Virginia University Lifetime Activities Program has an offer for people who have been wanting to explore the popular exercise craze Zumba. WVU LAP invites the community to participate in a free Zumba demo class featuring a new instructor, Stephanie McWilliams.

McWilliams is a well-known and experienced group fitness instructor who specializes in Zumba. Her classes are popular, exciting and energetic. Drop by the free class on Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:20 p.m. in Room 171 at Coliseum. Be prepared for an invigorating workout.
