The Graduate String Quartet of the West Virginia University School of Music will perform a recital Friday, Dec. 6, at the Creative Arts Center.

The program begins at 8:15 p.m. in the Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (Room 200A) and is free and open to the public.

Performing will be violinists Diego Gabete and A. Kori Hill, violist Courtney Grant and cellist Melanie Green. The program will feature “String Quartet Op. 76, No. 1 in G Major” by Haydn and “String Quartet No. 3, Op. 73 in F major” by Shostakovich.
