Sometimes you hear the dance through soft footfalls. It can be loud stomps against the background of drums. Or it’s a break dance with hand stands.

If you talked to the many dancers at WVU, they’d tell you they want to express themselves. They want to share their story with you and hear what you have to say in return.

In this video, students performing African, Irish and hip hop dance share their dance language in this year-round celebration of diversity.
