The U.S. Army Field Band Trombone Trio will visit the West Virginia University Creative Arts Center, Tuesday, Feb. 26, to present a performance and master class.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m. in Room 424 and is free and open to the public.

This group has been one of the most active of the Army Field Band’s many ensembles, for nearly five years. In 2009, they produced “Trombone: A Player’s Guide,” the latest in the Army Field Band’s instructional video series. Performing recitals and offering brass clinics and master classes at colleges, universities and conservatories across the country, The U.S. Army Field Band Trombone Trio represents the best United States military bands have to offer.
