West Virginia University’s College of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, West Virginia on the Move, and the WV CARDIAC Project are hosting a WV Physical Activity Plan webinar Wednesday, Aug. 31 from 2-3 p.m.

The webinar is free. The aim of the Plan is to create a statewide culture that encourages and facilitates physically active lifestyles for every region in the state, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity and cultural background.

Webinar participants can find out about the next steps in the planning process as well as how to get involved.

To register, go to www.wvphysicalactivity.org. Registration is limited to the first 100 participants. Pre-registration is recommended. Participants may register the same day of the webinar by signing in at least 15 minutes before the call to ensure connection.
