R. Scott Crichlow, an associate professor in West Virginia University’s Department of Political Science, is available to discuss the unrest in Egypt.

Crichlow teaches and conducts research on international relations, U.S. foreign policy, political psychology and Middle Eastern politics.

His current research focuses on how group decision-making dynamics and the beliefs and personality traits of political leaders affect foreign policy.

Also, Karen Culcasi, an assistant professor in WVU’s Department of Geology and Geography, teaches a new course called “Introduction to the Arab Middle East” and has taught and researched the geography, politics and culture of the Middle East.
