West Virginia University College of Law Professor Robert Bastress and political science professors Chris Plein and Neil Berch are available to comment on the state Supreme Court’s decision that there should be a new election to fill the vacancy in the Governor’s Office.
The vacancy was created when former Governor Joe Manchin became a U.S. senator last year.
