West Virginia University WELL WVU: The Students’ Center of Health and Wellness will be sponsoring “chillWELL” days to help students overcome the stress related to finals.

Events will be held on Tuesday (Dec. 7) from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday (Dec. 8) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Mountainlair. Students will have the opportunity to try beading, finger painting, sand art and more.

The “chillWELL” days are part of WELL WVU’s “liveWELL” campaign, where each month is dedicated to a specific health and wellness topic. This month is “chillWELL month,” which promotes stress management and encourages students to participate in stress-relieving activities.

Several of these activities will be available for students to try during the “chillWELL” days to help take the stress of finals and studying off of student’s minds. Other activities available to students are tea making, scrap booking and a hula hoop challenge.

For other ways to manage stress, visit http://well.wvu.edu/stress_management and try several of the interactive activities or watch one of the stress reduction videos.
