West Virginia University’s Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will hold a memorial bell-ringing ceremony Friday (Nov. 19) for student Neville Williams.

Williams, 20, a sophomore general studies major from Succasunna, N.J., died on Nov. 7.

The service will be held at noon at Oglebay plaza on WVU’s downtown campus.

Family, friends and members of the University community are welcome to attend the ceremony.
