Based on the book by Amanda Brown and the film by the same name, this Emmy-nominated musical takes Broadway on a whimsical journey through heartbreak, Greek life and lots of pink! “Legally Blonde” follows the journey of Elle Woods, the quintessential stereotype of a sorority girl as she tries to break her image as a bubbly ditz and win back her law school-bound boyfriend by following him to a place she never thought she’d see—Harvard Law. Through both sentimental and hilarious scenes, this comedy’s playful characters and spirited dance numbers chronicle the evolution of Elle from Delta Nu to Harvard graduate!
“Legally Blonde” has been nominated for a myriad of awards, including several Tony and Drama Desk awards. The sensational show has won three Touring Broadway Awards and one Actors’ Equity Association’s Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs award. The enchanting comedy puts the spotlight on individuality and self-worth as Elle proves to herself that regardless of what anyone else thinks, the best person you can be is yourself.
