West Virginia University students who have purchased a class ring are invited to receive their ring in a ceremony on Sunday, April 11.
The ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. in the Ruby Grand Hall of the Erickson Alumni Center.
Remarks will be given by Kevin Berry, associate director and chief operating officer of the WVU Alumni Association. The rings will be presented to each student individually by Ken Gray, vice president of Student Affairs, and Mountaineer Parents Club Executive Director Sabrina Cave will read the names.
“The ceremony is a great way to get initiated into the ranks of WVU alumni, and it is a wonderful tradition,” Cave said.
Students and their families are also invited to a reception following the ceremony.
