West Virginia University’s Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will hold a bell-ringing ceremony Friday (March 12) in remembrance of Sean K. Rascoe.
The service will be held at noon at Oglebay Plaza on WVU’s Downtown Campus.
Rascoe, 20, was a sophomore general studies major from Hagerstown, Md. who died on Saturday, Feb. 27 as the result of injuries sustained when he fell from a moving car.
Family, friends and members of the University community are welcome to attend Friday’s ceremony.
