West Virginia University’s Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will hold a bell-ringing ceremony Friday (Dec. 4) in remembrance of two students who died in November.

The service will be held at noon at Oglebay Plaza on WVU’s Downtown Campus.

The students being honored are:

• Nicholas Leach, 28, a senior mechanical engineering major from Morgantown who died on Nov. 14
• Brendan S. Irving, 19, a freshman general studies major from Charles Town who died on Nov. 19

Family, friends and members of the University community are welcome to attend Friday’s ceremony. Individuals who would like to speak should contact Lauren Lagana, memorial bell-ringing chair, at 304-410-0072.
