Pizza making, pie eating and box folding will all be part of the Mountaineer Week food court contests that will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at 12 p.m. in the Mountainlair commons area.

The events will be the Sbarro Toss and Fold Competition and the Burger King Pie-Eating Competition.

In the Sbarro Toss and Fold Competition, competitors will test their speed and agility in an effort to see who can make the most pizzas. Participants will be judged on their ability to toss pizza dough to meet a specific size. In addition, they will be judged on their ability to fold a Sbarro’s pizza box.

During the Burger King Pie-Eating Competition participants will attempt to eat Burger King pies with no hands.

Judges will score the competitions, and Mountaineer Mascot Rebecca Durst will emcee the event. Prizes will be awarded to the winners.
