* WHAT :* FallFest , WVU s annual welcome-back concert, dance party, comedy show and film festival

* WHEN :* On Monday (Aug. 24) the outdoor concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and end around midnight on the Mountainlair Plaza (gates open at 7 p.m.); film festival will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre; comedy show is set for 9 p.m. in Hatfields; dance party starts at 9:30 p.m. in the Mountainlair ballrooms

* WHERE :* WVU Mountainlair. Gates are located in front of the Mountainlair and on North High Street (across from Boreman Hall). All media is asked to check-in beginning at 7 p.m. at the table located in front of the Mountainlair. Reporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid traffic.

* PARKING :* Free, limited parking is available in the upper level of the Mountainlair garage with a University-issued media parking pass. TV crews will be permitted to park their live trucks along Maiden Lane. Please contact Colleen Wright at 304-293-5507 to make arrangements.

* PHOTOGRAPHY /VIDEO:* Flash photography is not permitted. All photographers and video crews must check in at the media table for event access.

* ADDITONAL INFORMATION :* FallFest is free to WVU students will valid WVU student IDs. The PRT will run until 1 a.m. Buses will run between the Mountainlair and the Evansdale Campus until the conclusion of the event.
