From pretzels to potatoes, cookies to cucumbers, students in one of West Virginia University’s Engineering 101 classes recently put their creativity and car-making skills to the test.

As part of a class project, teams had two weeks to build a car completely out of food that would be both durable and tasty. See what happened when WVU students raced their creations in an edible car competition.
