West Virginia Universitys chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America will host illusionist Josh Knotts and adult comedian Chase Holiday from 8-10 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 18) in the Mountainlair ballrooms. Doors open at 7 p.m.

Knottsillusions include driving blindfolded through Pittsburgh and escaping from a locked cratelowered into the Monongahela Riverwhile handcuffed and bound. He also performs a double-straitjacket escape, which he taught to well-known illusionist Criss Angel .

Holiday, who will open for Knotts, started his comedy career right after high school and has performed in clubs all over the South.

This event is a great opportunity for WVU students, PRSSA Vice President Lindsey Pastin said.The fact that our organization has come so far to where we feel comfortable hosting such a big event is a huge accomplishment.

Tickets for the fundraiser will be sold from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and 2:30-4:30 p.m. Monday (Nov. 17) at the Evansdale Residential Complex, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday at the Mountainlair and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 18) at Martin Hall. They are $10 each, $16 for two and $12 at the door.
