The 2008-09 University Arts Series at WVU will feature nine events, including performances by Kenny G, Bryan Adams, Ricky Skaggs, Bruce Hornsby, Lyle Lovett, John Hiatt and Mary Wilson of The Supremes.

It also offers the national tours ofSweeney Todd,The Wizard of OzandThe Rat Pack is Back: The Tribute to Frank, Sammy, Joey&Dean.The series opens with The Moscow Ballets”Great Russian Nutcracker,”just in time for the holidays.

Subscription packages are on sale. The current subscriber priority deadline is Friday, Nov. 21. Current subscribers must purchase at least five events to retain their seats from last season.
