The fair will be from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the new Erickson Alumni Center on 57 Alumni Drive (formerly Medical Center Drive), near Ruby Memorial Hospital and Milan Puskar Stadium.

WVU hiring supervisors seeking full-time, part-time, temporary and student workers will be on hand to discuss employment opportunities available at WVU . About 25 University units/departments are scheduled to participate, including Dining Services, Facilities and Services, Extension Services, Financial Services, the University Police Department, Information Technology, Payroll Services, Financial Aid, Transportation Services, Printing Services, research and the Robert C. Byrd Health Sciences Center.

WVU is the largest employer in this area and is widely recognized as a great place to work,said Kathy Trickett, assistant director of WVU s Mountaineer Temps program.Were excited to host the first HR job fair to bring talented people together with WVU employers who need their services.

Employment opportunities are available in many areas, she said, including professional, technical, secretarial/clerical, and service, craft and maintenance. Job seekers can talk with prospective employers at the fair and begin the application process for positions that interest them.
