- WHAT :* Kick-off celebration for the 2008 WVU United Way campaign. Huggins will offer brief remarks. The theme and campaign goal will be announced, a goal thermometer unveiled and a new student component introduced.
The WVU campaign mainly benefits the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties and its 28 health and human services agencies. The University is Monongalia Countys largest United Way contributor. Many employees and students also donate their time to the work of the various agencies.
