West Virginia Universitys Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will honor a WVU student who recently passed away with a bell-ringing ceremony Friday (April 11) on the Downtown Campus.
Andrew Steven Miller, 23, a senior history major from Pennsville, N.J., died of complications from diabetes April 1.
