West Virginia Universitys Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will hold a bell-ringing ceremony at 11:50 a.m. Friday (Feb. 1) at Oglebay Plaza in remembrance of a student who died over the weekend.
Abigail M. Baker, 22, a freshman physical education teacher education major from Waynesburg, Pa., died Saturday (Jan. 26).
