West Virginia University student Vincent Carroll will be remembered during a bell-ringing ceremony Friday (Nov. 16) on the Downtown Campus.

Carroll, 20, a freshman general studies major from Washington, D.C., died Oct. 28.

Fridays service will begin at 11:50 a.m. at Oglebay Plaza. The Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will ring the bell from the armored cruiser USS West Virginia.

Family, friends and members of the University community are welcome to attend the ceremony.
