The West Virginia University College of Business and Economics is sponsoring an open house for the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program Tuesday (Oct. 16).

The event, from 5-7 p.m. in the Mountaineer Room of the Mountainlair, is an opportunity for students to meet faculty and gather more information about the program.

The nationally accredited EMBA program is geared toward working professionalsproviding evening class schedules that permit them to continue working while pursuing their degrees.

In addition to earning academic credit, students in the program learn alongside peers from virtually every industry and often participate in a study abroad trip.

The program offers classes in Morgantown, Charleston and Parkersburg starting in January.
