December graduates can jumpstart their job search by attending a career fair hosted by West Virginia Universitys Davis College of Agriculture, Forestry and Consumer Sciences Thursday, Oct. 18.
Some of the top companies in landscape architecture, forestry, parks and recreation and agribusiness management are looking for motivated, talented and hard-working graduates.
Students are encouraged to put the finishing touches on their resumes or portfolios and network with company representatives from 10 a.m.4 p.m. in room 1010 South Agricultural Sciences. Students should know their expected date of graduation.
This is a great opportunity for students to network with potential employers,said Amber Hines, recruitment coordinator for the Davis College.The possibilities for on-site interviews also exist, so its important to dress professionally.
