  • Gerald Ashdown , the James H.Buckand June M. Harless Professor of Law at the WVU College of Law. Ashdown is an authority on the Patriot Act, constitutional law, federal courts and federal criminal jurisdiction. Hes a former associate dean of the law school here and graduated with high honors from the University of Iowa College of Law.   • John Kilwein, associate chair, WVU Department of Political Science. His teaching and research interests include judicial politics, public law and public policy.
