* WHAT :* WVU President-elect Mike Garrison will greet students and their families as they move into residence halls Friday for the start of the fall semester. Garrison also is expected to help University personnel as they assist students and families with unloading vehicles and moving in personal belongings.

* WHEN :* 9 a.m.3:30 p.m., Friday, Aug. 17

* WHERE :* Various residence halls on the Downtown and Evansdale Campuses
