The West Virginia University Bureau of Business and Economic Research (BBER), located in the WVU College of Business and Economics, has released its latest set of West Virginia County Data Profiles.

The reports contain detailed economic and demographic statistics on the state of West Virginia as a whole, all 55 counties, and several metropolitan and micropolitan statistical areas.

The County Data Profiles help businesses, state and local policymakers, and analysts gauge the economic and demographic trends driving their economies, said Randy Childs, economist in the BBER .

The reports provide statistics highlighting personal income sources, employment by industry, labor force data, census and demographic information.

County Data Profiles are available free of charge on the BBER web site (www.bber.wvu.edu). They are also available in hardcopy format and on CD-ROM for a fee. For order information, contact Erin Carter, 304-293-7884 or erin.carter@mail.wvu.edu .
