The newest edition of the Public Affairs Reporter has been released by the Institute for Public Affairs (IPA) in West Virginia Universitys Eberly College of Arts and Sciences.

The journal, which is available online and in print, examines public policy issues of importance to the state of West Virginia and is read by more than 2,300 public officials.

The current issue, Volume 24 Number 1, features an article on animal welfare and control issues in West Virginia and the nation by Dr. Susan Hunter, associate professor of political science at WVU .
