He is the founder of Trans. 21, an information clearinghouse on automated people mover developments worldwide, and is a former secretary of the Transportation Division of the American Planning Association. Fabian earned a bachelors degree from Dartmouth in math and social sciences and a masters degree in city and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
