The West Virginia University Division of Forestry and Natural Resources, in cooperation with the WVU Office of Extended Learning, is offering the course Essentials of Conservation Ecology this summer through distance learning.
WMAN 150 is an online section of the popular undergraduate course normally taught during the fall and spring semesters, and approved as cluster C under the Liberal Studies Program (LSP) and subject areas two and four under the General Education Curriculum (GEC).
Students can register online or through the Office of Extended Learning. The course registration number is 52051
The course is taught by Dr. Bob Whitmore, professor of wildlife management, and is designed to assist students trying to remain at full-time status or who need three credit hours to retain scholarships.
