Robert L. Reynolds, vice chair and chief operating officer of Fidelity Investments, will presentA Lifetime Opportunity for the Aging Baby Boomersas this springs Samuel Weese Executive-in-Residence Lecturer.
Anative of Clarksburg, Reynolds graduated from the WVU College of Business and Economics in 1974 with a bachelors degree in business administration. He was inducted into the WVU Academy of Distinguished Alumni in 2004 and will serve as the business colleges commencement speaker on May 12.
During his career, he was a trust officer at Wheeling Dollar Bank and joined NCNB Corp. of Charlotte, N.C., in 1977. He later became senior vice president of NCNB , now Bank of America. He was also executive vice president of Fidelity Management Trust Co. and president of Fidelity Institutional Retirement Services Co.
Reynolds currently serves on the WVU Foundation Board of Directors and was a WVU College of Business and Economics 41st Acordia/Royal&Sun Alliance Distinguished Lecturer.
