The classes are open to all children in Morgantown and surrounding communities, said Michelle Jeffrey, program coordinator at the Motor Development Center.

These are wonderful classes for all children, and they do fill up quickly,Jeffrey said. Were ready to work with all children, including those with cerebral palsy or any child who might need extra help with body movement or muscle coordination.

The activities are designed and supervised by health and development professionals and conducted with the help of specialized students at WVU . The classes offer children from infants to pre-teens an opportunity to learn or hone skills, enjoy playing with others and begin a lifelong habit of healthy activity.

Class locations will be at the WVU Coliseum, room 132, with some activities in other areas of the Evansdale athletic complex, and at E. Moore Hall across from the Mountainlair on the Downtown Campus.
