The Iraq Study Group report is out with a strong recommendation that U.S. troops withdraw from combat in the regionwhile also calling for a diplomatic and political push to reversea grave and deterioratingcondition in the country.

West Virginia University has two political science professors who can talk about what that report might ultimately mean in Washington and Baghdad.
