The West Virginia UniversityFaculty Chamber Ensemble will present a concert at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, in the Bloch Learning and Performance Hall (Room 200A) of the Creative Arts Center.

The program will include an unusual prelude and fugue. Mozart composed the prelude as an introduction to his transcription of a fugue by Johann Sebastian Bach, taken from Bachs”Well-Tempered Clavier.”This will be followed by”Variations”by Karel Husa and”Piano Quartet in G Minor”by Mozart.

Performers will include Margaret Cooper and Steven Kruse, violinists; William Skidmore, cellist; and James Miltenberger, pianist.

The concert is free and open tothe public.
