The Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity is planning a bell-ringing service Friday, Oct. 6, to honor Scott Harley, a West Virginia University freshman from Springfield, Va.

The ceremony will begin at 11:50 a.m. in front of Elizabeth Moore Halldue to ongoing construction at Oglebay Hall.

Harley, 19, was a general studies student. His body was discovered in Deckers Creek Friday, Sept. 29. The cause of his death is under investigation.
