Relax with a heated chair massage, enjoy a nonalcoholicmocktailor learn how to manage the munchies at the Student Health Advisory Board annual Spring Fitness and Wellness Fair Thursday, April 20, at West Virginia University.

Free activitiesincluding screenings for cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, depression and moreare from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday, April 20, in the Mountainlair Vandalia Lounge. The fair will also feature University experts, and participants can pick up handouts on various health topics.

The goal is to educate the public about wellness and help support faculty, staff and students in their quest for better health, said pre-pharmacy student Josh Petrunger, event coordinator.

The wellness fair, endorsed by the University’s nutrition and wellness initiative, is open to the public.
