West Virginia University’s Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will hold a bell-ringing ceremony at 11:50 a.m. Friday, March 24, at Oglebay Plaza to honor a WVU student who died during spring break.

Sophomore Sean H. Draus, 19, of Pittstown , N.J. , died March 14 in Clermont , Fla. , from injuries sustained in a car accident. He was majoring in criminology at WVU .
