The West Virginia University Press is the new publisher of the well-established journal”Education&Treatment of Children.”

It is co-edited by WVU professor of educational psychology Daniel E. Hursh and R.F. Dickie of California University of Pennsylvania. Hursh is program coordinator of the educational psychology program at WVU .

It’s a great pleasure to welcome another journal from a WVU editor to our journal collection,said Hilary Attfield, journals manager of the WVU Press.While we work with editors from all over the country, we are especially proud to publish scholarly research of nationwide interest edited here at West Virginia University.

The journal will interest researchers, educators and clinical practitioners, as well as graduate students and others who are interested in the development of children and youth. Material published in the journal is of direct value to educators and other child care and mental health professionals who seek to improve teaching, training or treatment effectiveness. The contents include experimental studies, literature reviews, data-based case studies and book reviews.
