Jeffrey M. Lacker, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond , will give a public speech at West Virginia University at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, marking his first public comments since Chairman Alan Greenspan’s Jan. 31 st retirement. Lacker’s speech is part of the Acordia/Royal&SunAlliance Distinguished Lecture Series. Reporters, photographers and videographers are invited to attend the talk and Q&A to follow.
