Media Advisory: WVU experts available to discuss President Bush's State of the Union address

West Virginia University has experts available to discuss the State of the Union address to be delivered by President George W. Bush tonight (Jan/ 31) at 9 p.m. EST . Virginia Governor Tim Kaine will give the Democratic response to the speech.
