Media Advisory: WVU officials to dedicate Agricultural Sciences South Thursday

* WHO :* WVU President David C. Hardesty Jr., State Treasurer and Davis College of Agriculture, Forestry and Consumer Sciences alumnus John Perdue, Davis College Dean Cameron Hackney, graduate student Susan Seese, others

* WHAT :* The WVU community will gather for the dedication of Agricultural Sciences South, a new $9.5 million, 38,000 square foot addition to WVU ’s Evansdale Campus. The two-story building will house WVU ’s plant pathology, environmental microbiology and other programs. Tours and a reception will follow the ceremony.

* WHEN :* 4 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12

* WHERE :* Lecture Hall, Agricultural Sciences South, adjacent to the main Ag Sciences Building
