* WHAT :* Ground will be officially broken for WVU s new 351-bed residence hall on the Evansdale campus. The 80,000-square-foot hall will be constructed next to Brooke Tower near the Evansdale Residential Complex. The new residence hall is the first built since 1968 when the four ERC towers were constructed.
