West Virginia Universitys Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity will ring the bell of the Armored Cruiser USS West Virginia at 11:50 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, outside Oglebay Hall in memory of two WVU students who died during the summer.

Shawn Harbaugh, 20, a freshman psychology major, died July 28 from an enlarged heart condition in his hometown of Meadville, Pa.

Jessica ONeal, 22, a junior human nutrition and foods major, died Aug. 2 from injuries sustained in a car accident in Florida. She was from St. Albans.
