Democrat Days, a week of activities and speakers aimed at getting young people involved in the political process, continues Tuesday, March 29, with a free showing of the moviePrimary Colorsat 7:30 p.m. in the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre at West Virginia University.

The event is sponsored by the WVU Young Democrats.

AMeet the Candidatesforum will take place Wednesday, March 30, at 1 p.m. in the Gluck Theatre. Students will have a chance to hear from candidates running for Morgantown City Council and then participate in a brief question-and-answer session. Free pizza will be provided.

On Thursday, March 31, students are invited to a Party for Americafeaturing WVU professors Jamie Jacobs and John Kilwein as well as the bands A Lesson Learned, Absolute Power X, Cryptorchid Chipmunk and the headline act, The Greensat 123 Pleasant Street. Doors open at 9 p.m. There is a $5 cover charge.

The week wrap ups with a game of Political JeopardyYoung Democrats vs. College RepublicansFriday, April 1, at 10 p.m. in theLair Vandalia Lounge in conjunction with WVUp All Night.

All events, with the exception of the Party for America, are free and open to the public.
